4. Does the setup include saltwater or fish?
No, saltwater and livestock (fish/invertebrate) are not included. However, we do sell premium marine salt, RO units, and livestock separately.
5. Is EMI available for marine aquarium setups?
Yes, EMI is available on purchases above ₹2000. Choose EMI at checkout with supported payment methods.
6. Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we offer installation in major Indian cities. Free setup installation is only available in Kolkata. Our team will set up your tank, add bio bacteria, check salinity, and guide you on maintenance.
7. What maintenance is required?
Every 15 days: tank cleaning, 20% water changes, salinity checks, water parameter test, and filter sock & pad cleaning. You can also book our monthly maintenance plans.
