To ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, we have developed the following refund and return policy:

Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Returns:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a return shipping label and will send a replacement product as soon as possible. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a return and replacement.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping costs.

Please note that all sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
